Alaska Fish Counts is a privately operated information service owned and operated by FOUR MEDIA GROUP LLC, registered in Anchorage, Alaska. It is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the State of Alaska or the Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G).
You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent to create an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain security of your login credentials.
Subscriptions grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access fish count telemetry and analytics. Automated scraping, data extraction, bot crawling, credential sharing, republishing, or reselling of Alaska Fish Counts data is strictly prohibited.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FOUR MEDIA GROUP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR INACCURACIES, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTION IN FISH COUNT DATA. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE FOR FISHING REGULATIONS, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, OR EMERGENCY SAFETY.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska.
